Once the parties have agreed to appoint an arbitrator or the institution has confirmed the appointment, the arbitrator should send a letter of acceptance to both parties with the following elements:

Date 

Subject matter: claimant and respondent 

Acceptance of the appointment

Attach terms and conditions for the appointment 

Inviting both parties to indicate their agreement to the proposed terms by signing and returning it to the arb. 

Primacy meeting date
